Across the road from the cottage at the shoreline is a gravel stoney mixture, and slopes gradually into the water for great swimming. An excellent sand beach is located just 1/2 km from this cottage, and is a great alternative for those with very small children.
Inside the bright open concept living area you'll find a couch and two chairs for you to relax in while enjoying the view out over the Bay. On those rainy days you can enjoy your favorite DVD's or find something to watch on the Satellite Dish.

The kitchen at the cottage comes complete with all the amenities including fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It also offers lots of counter and cupboard space so it's easier to make yourself at home during your stay.
There are three bedrooms at the cottage. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, and a large sitting area at the end of the room. This room has many windows that create a bright room, and this room also has a television with a seperate satellite receiver. You'll find a couple of chairs to unwind in.
Bedroom two has two single beds and the third bedroom has a Queen Bed. Both of these bedrooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
For your convenience, there are three bathrooms at the cottage. The first is a four piece and the second is a three piece with a shower. The third is a small two piece. Also there is a washer and dryer providing you with all the comforts of home.
You'll find plenty of outdoor space at the cottage, with something for everyone in the family. For the early risers in the family, take your morning coffee out to the roadside deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunrises with the loons.
Lots of lawn at the cottage means plenty of space for children to play. There is a road that runs between the cottage and Georgian Bay. The large grassy area leaves lots of safe outdoor area and the road is not a busy one.
The shoreline offers 125 ft of waterfront for you and your family to enjoy. Shallow entry and a sandy bottom makes this shoreline perfect for younger children in y our group. Bring your pails and shovels and spend hours relaxing on the beach with the kids.
Sauble Bay is centrally located close to many attractions. It is a 15 minute drive to Wiarton for all your shopping needs.
